Write your e-mail address and create your account. 

Fill in all the fields and validate

Just after registrating, you will receive an e-mail including your password.

Select my items 

To find the products you need, you can :

-       write directly the reference in the « search » button (on the upper right of the screen)

or

-       use the drop-down menu (left of the screen) and select the kind of product.

You can mix merchandising and technical parts in a same order.

 

 

 

Pay my order  

To pay online, you have to choose :

  • Credit Card : with this payment solution, you will be re-directed to a secured protocole website.
  • Pay with your oustanding credit - Peugeot Sport account : special payment solution dedicated to professionals.
  • Purchase voucher : Be sure to write the right code before to select this payment solution

If delivery is to a non EU address, we will not charge VAT but you may be charged local taxes in your own country when you will receive the parcel.

 

 

 

Track my order :

 

Go to « History and details of your orders» into your account for tracking your order.

You will receive an e-mail with a link for the shipping company website to follow the parcel.

Delivery modes

You can choose :

 

  • To pick up your order by yourself at Peugeot Sport Racing Shop : 2 rue Gay Lussac - 95500 GONESSE - FRANCE
  • To recieve your order through our shipping company with urgent or standard ways. Please note that the urgent way is only possible for Europe. Racing Shop selects the shipping company.

 

To organize a efficient delivery process with shipping company, please be sure that your phone number is written in « phone 1 » in your account address.

 

How long will the order take to be delivered ?

For available items, the delivery will be generally within 2 to 10 days (depends of address ans shipping mode).

To change product or refund my account

If you mistake an item you ordered, you could send it back with the filled return form (you can download here)

You have to pay return shipping costs.

The return process is detailled on the back of the form.

Product guaranty

There is no legal guaranty on the Peugeot Sport Racing Shop products.

All online products you can order are immediatly available.

If you can see the product online but you can not order it, that means the product is not available. For more information about possible availablity please contact our Racing Shop staff :

To use a purchase voucher

The vouchers available in the "Your vouchers" section of your account can only be used on the website www.peugeotsport-store.com. You can use one or more vouchers for partial payment of your order and complete it either by payment by credit card or using your  Peugeot Sport account.

Vouchers may not be divided. If the order amount is lower than the amount of the voucher, it is considered fully utilized and the balance will be lost.

Peugeot Sport gives you the opportunity to give your voucher to any other holder of an account on the site upon written request sent by mail to peugeotsport-racingshop@peugeot.com and tell us the code of the voucher and the email address identifying the recipient account

The voucher code is entered during the step "shopping cart" in the ordering process .



Payment on outstanding credit or Account Peugeot Sport

This method of payment is proposed only to Professional Customers which hold a  Peugeot Sport account upon presentation of a bank guarantee. After reviewing your request, we offer you the opportunity to order for an amount previously set by a pre-agreed deferred payment.

I can not connect to my account

If you loose your ID or password, please click on « forgot your password ? ». This process will check you use the right Email address and reset your password. You will receive a new one (automaticaly generated), that you could change as you want.

Technical parts rebuilding (service)

Find all the possible technical parts rebuilding in each car options page.

If you are asking for a rebuilding, please fill the form, and join it to the part. Send the parcel to our Rebuilding Service and then pay online.

No rebuilding will be done without complete filled form and payment.
