Diego Dominguez Jr and 208 R2 win FIA CODASUR RC4 and FWD championships

Diego Dominguez Jr, a young paraguayan 208 R2 rally driver, won the fourth round of the season and thereforce held to his RC4/FWD FIA CODASUR title, which he already won in 2018. The Peugeot driver has dominated this year championship, winning the first fourth rallyes in Argentina, Paraguay, Brasil and Argentina.

Diego Dominguez Jr confirmed in 2019 the speed and reliability he's shown in 2018. The paraguyan driver, engaged in FIA CODASUR championship in Peugeot 208 R2, held to his RC4/FWD title, which he already won in 2018 with a 208 R2. 

The FIA CODASUR championship is composed of 5 rallyes in South America, offering to the drivers varied and occasionally hard conditions. 

Diego Dominguez Jr took advantage of the qualities of the Peugeot 208 R2, the most sold rally car in Peugeot Sport history, to win the first fourth round of the championship, held in Argentina, Paraguay, Brasil and Bolivia. While a final round is yet to be run in Uruguay, Diego Dominguez Jr has mathematically already won the title.

The Peugeot Sport driver will participate in the last round of the season in Uruguay, 22-25 November of 2019, aiming for a perfect score of five victories in five rallyes.
